Polyplastic safety action

Some Polyplastic windows of the 04.23 series produced from 1998 to 2006 were subject to a safety campaign which was completed some years ago. The vehicle manufacturers, Crack-Ex as a partner of Polyplastic or independent caravan workshops screwed or replaced the affected windows. The safety campaign ended a few years ago.

In the case of the affected windows, the bonding between the inner and outer window pane could dissolve under the influence of sunlight (UV light). The safety action became necessary, because in some cases the outer pane detached while driving.

In many cases we can still supply replacement windows. However, the manufacturer's goodwill is no longer applicable. We will be happy to make you an offer.
